The Inquiry

A potential Client visits your website to check availability on your real-time calendar. They select a date and fill out a comprehensive case information form including uploading relevant documents. You receive an email notification and all data is auto-uploaded into your Neutral Center account.

The Confirmation

You access the information via your dashboard and review for any conflicts/legitimacy. Then click a button which sends an email with a Client Portal link confirming the mediation, creates a new Case record, sets up Zoom and adds to your Outlook or Google calendar. Your online website calendar updates automatically.

The Automation

As the mediation approaches, your Clients are automatically reminded by email to send Briefs, Exhibits and signed Agreements. They can access their Client Portal to upload docs and view all relevant case details.

You review received Briefs and Exhibits (stored in system) and prep as usual. You get a "day of" email with case information (location, start time, zoom) and attorney information (names, firms, history, payment status).

Our parent company—Impend—was established in 1996 in Silicon Valley before recently relocating to Tennessee. We've built software for companies like Microsoft, Disney, Fairmont Hotels, and Caesars Palace. We also built an autonomous, electric, road-worthy delivery vehicle...
